Avoid at all costs. They never give your money back. Horrible unprofessional serviceMy mom who was visiting from abroad came to buy curtain rods for my elderly grandmother who is unable to install them herself. After she has paid, she called them to ask if it’s possible to have them by the next day or the day after as she has her flight in 2 days. They said yes. She then came to the store and was handled a rail much shorter than she ordered which would of course not fit the windows. They refused to acknowledge that she ordered a longer rail, and told her they can’t do anything for her. She then asked for her money back since this is not what she ordered and that she can’t wait for next week. The manager and another employee not only refused to reimburse her for the service they can’t provide, but also talked very rudely to her and even wanted to call police on her! Horrible and unprofessional customer service. She left in absolute shock and has to now go to small claims court for undelivered service.
