“I didn’t come in to buy anything. I had a package to drop off and needed a label printed since the post office didn’t have a printer. I had spent an hour walking up and down Masson, trying to find a store that could help. It was discouraging given the puddles and icy sidewalks after freezing rain.
I asked an employee if they had a printer and was told that it wasn’t for customers, but right after, another employee (possibly a manager) stepped in and said he could help. He printed my label and taped it on my box without hesitation.
It might have seemed small to him, but it truly meant the world to me. I was having a very tough day, and that kindness really stuck with me. I didn’t make a purchase, but them going above and beyond won’t go unnoticed”

“Excellent and very fast service! I’ve been searching for Western Union locations across the city, but most either have poor service or none at all. It was difficult to find a place that could handle a large money transfer. I recommend this place if you need to send/receive money.”
