When I called for a driver, I was informed they would arrive in 16 minutes. However, after 3-4 calls, the driver arrived an hour and a half late. During the calls, I was told the fare would be $229 after tax, but when the driver finally arrived, he informed me that it would actually be over $270 because my car couldn't be put in neutral. Since it was already so late, I agreed to the higher price, even though I felt that my time had been wasted. When I asked for the bill, the driver said he would send it via email. After checking my email, I found that the bill was for $229. I don't understand why there was an extra charge, and it wasn't reflected in the bill.

Worst service ever. Never ask them for towing. Rude behaviour and very late service. Told me for 20 minutes and took 2 hours.
