If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
This is hands down the worst towing company on the planet. I waited over four hours for a simple tow — and every time I called, I got the same robotic lie: “Just 30 more minutes.” Spoiler alert: it was NEVER 30 minutes. It was an all-day hostage situation with my motorcycle held ransom and no one willing to give a straight answer.
The employees? Rude, dismissive, and completely incompetent. One guy gave me attitude like I was bothering him for asking for the service. Absolutely no accountability, no customer service, and no clue what they’re doing.
This company is a complete joke — except no one is laughing. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and wasted day. Go ANYWHERE else. Honestly, pushing your car with your bare hands would be faster and less painful than dealing with these clowns.
Avoid at all costs.

(If available ?)I called Towing from Montreal to Laval, but he still checked the battery and he simply charged the battery and tightened the cable properly. And he just charged me a Boost.Really very good services.(Marci Yan ?)
