“I truly enjoy visiting the website, adding to my wish list and ordering puzzles from here. The selection is vast, with puzzles from all the major quality manufacturers and searches can be conducted by theme, company, artist and more. Each puzzle is pictured and described in detail. Ordering is simple and secure and delivery very fast. On each occasion I was kept informed with updates of delivery status and shipping is free after a certain amount. The packaging is sturdy to prevent damage. I found the store very responsive with a prompt reply to a question via email. If ever I am in the area, I hope to visit the actual brick and mortar store to browse and purchase but until then I will shop with confidence on the website. Prices are reasonable and fair and there are also sales, discounts and a loyalty program in which points are earned for discounts on future purchases. This store will continue to be my first choice for jigsaw puzzles. I recommend them highly. Thanks for the excellent products and service!”

The salesman said that I would have preferred to have a son before my daughter... as if knight costumes were the prerogative of boys and that I was disappointed in her. On this point I would recommend reading a little about gender theory to understand ignorance.”

However, I found some of the book section divisions a bit difficult to follow so it was hard to find where was the title I wanted, and so I bought less than I could have. I have not asked for an employee's help, but I am more of an independent shopper and prefer being able to find things on my own.

“This place is absolutely magical. My friend told me about this stuffed animal hospital where you could repair your beloved companions, and I instantly booked an appointment. The repair is totally customizable and reasonably priced. My dude had some pretty heavy matting on his fur after 18 years of service so I got a “spa”cleaning and brushing, which came out to ~$40 CAD. He was checked into a “hospital bed” and less than a week later was discharged, with a cute little “identity card” and “treatment plan”!
The whole process had me just about dying with cuteness and Raplapla did an amazing job in the end with the cleaning. My little guy looks a decade younger now (seriously, I forgot he used to look like that) and I’m so happy I found this place! Five stars all around.”
