If I could I would put zero stars. Worst service I have ever experienced here in Canada the woman at the counter was so mean and unhelpful, she actually refused to give me the truck I had reserved because she didn’t like me. I am never going back there.

Deplorable service. Ok introduces herself without looking us in the eye and replies: “you come for a truck” we say no, she replies “forget that”! Always writing on his computer and without looking at us. The person doesn't even take the time to understand our needs.

I had such a stressful day having to move my sectional couch from U-Haul Storage to Public Storage. I was paying duplicate fees and so stressed out. The gentlemen at the counter were so nice to me and tried to facilitate everything. I got the right size truck, the man provided me a dolly to move my couch and he refunded my fees given that I am not using my unit for the month of October. He easily made my day so much better. Thank you for your excellent customer service and improving a day that was very difficult and stressful for me and my mom ♥️ Whenever I need a truck, it's always available and I've rented a truck from this location at least 3 times now

I received my truck 1 hour 15 minutes late. During my wait, there were 2 other customers in the same situation as me and who waited as much if not longer than me. Employees are doing what they can to accommodate us, but Uhaul's reservation management system is seriously lacking in resilience. If you are willing to be patient, it remains an affordable option. But I strongly advise you to find a truck elsewhere if getting your reservation on time is important to you.

We reserved a 20ft U-haul. The day before they told us that they didn't have it and we had to go get it in Terrebonne. We went to pick him up in Terrebonne. They said they would compensate us but they never did. It was like the civil servants' house. Worst customer service in the world.
