I had a very disappointing experience at this Ultramar location. The staff at the counter were incredibly rude when I asked for a shower. I booked a shower, but it wasn't cleaned, and when I asked the staff to clean it, the employee rudely told me it wasn’t his job and said if I didn’t want it, I could leave. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. As a long-haul truck driver, I expect better service and respect. Will avoid this location in the future.

The price of gas station is very good always less than other gas staation. But the service at tim horton specially the indian girls they don't know how to talk they treat the customers like we are begging . This happens not only once but all the time . Now I don't go there to buy any stuff. But if you want to keep your business running good please change the staff.

Bad customer service. Clerks always on phone calls management probably doesn’t care and it shows. No matter how many bad reviews we post: nothing changes.
Very bad location.
Oh yeah and the Tim Hortons you guys love so much is filthy garbage staffed by illiterates. « Toast? Sorry no understand you »!

Gas price moderately low than anywhere else.
Update: since the new rebuilt. Customer service sucks and staffs are mostly on their phones. Bathrooms are terrible WILL NEVER STEP FOOT there again!!

Pass by in this store around 1am now Dec 22 and Dec 20 from work plan to fuel.and used the atn machine but STORE IS CLOSED I know somebody inside pretend.didnt here but in their door said 24 hours MISINFORMATION

I just got Pepper sprayed and walked in to wash my hands and get the car washed and the man behind the counter named Mattahah or Mattus not sure he’s a teen saved the day. He made me laugh after I washed my hands and we offered him some cash for being a good kid but he refused to take it. This kid went above and beyhond for a random person walking in. Thank you kiddo. He has a little pony tail and is your best employee. Please make sure he’s appreciated

I like this gas station as it is always a bit cheaper than other ones. The only thing that bugs me is that every single time I go, there's something wrong with the payment. Usually it is payment function not working, so I gotta walk in or drive to another booth. Annoying...
