Packages are left around the store for anyone to take. Store clerk has no idea where packages are nor when they will arrive at this location.

Seems ok as a dep but the employee refused to take the commercial invoice with my order for UPS drop off despite the store being marked as a ups drop off location.

Very cold reception, we understand that we are disturbing him... Impossible the first time to find the package in the mess of waiting packages. I went back 5 days later and fortunately the employee was much nicer than the gentleman the first time but luckily it was still impossible to find my little package. However, I leave him my cell number. She called me 5 minutes after I left, telling me that she had found the package which had slipped under a trash can slightly lifted on cleats... Lamentable...

The worst transport in the world the driver comes without contacting the customers before making a pickup either you have to be outside waiting for 4 hours or he will leave+he doesn't have the work phone+takes the numbers credit card by phone with no security, + 3 times I planned a pickup with them without result even I paid and everything is worse worse worse you don't even deserve a star ???????

Always a hard time with them, bad customer service. Business is filled with flaws.
