“Been here only once but when I called and the once is enough for a 5 star review. I was having a major problem with a new device from another store not too far from them ahem. And they were terrible in helping me figure it out. Did I figure it out yet? I'm not sure but coming to this store I met Matt and he really helped me the best he could and found a problem and recommended me to try something for a solution and honestly that was enough for me to give a great review! I just needed advice and help and he provided that and I hoping my problem solves but I'm sure it will with his help. Awesome customer service! One of them was not working then i go back
And i asked him to replace. He said this is not our policy but for you we can replace

The reviews saying things are overpriced are generally just peole unaware of the ridiculous tax on vape products these days. Prices are the same as they've always been and G2K is on par with most other big brand vape stores such as DashVapes.
