“The W Montreal is a must stay hotel. One word - Mauricio! Call the hotel and ask for Mauricio W Insider! He is the best VIP Host I've ever worked with. The other staff members were also great. All members did a great job accommodating our requests. Mauricio made the stay stress free, memorable and gave us space to not feel chaperoned. The hotel is centrally located. I recommend the upgraded King bed room. The Le Vinyl Bar complements the style of the hotel and bar. You may not leave as the DJ spins all the classic hits! I'll be staying at the W Montreal during my next visit!”

“We had SUCH an amazing experience hosting our wedding reception at Buffet Marina this past weekend. Everything was perfectly smooth from start to finish: the planning, the setup, the timing of the night; all perfectly handled. And the food was honestly INCREDIBLE. Our guests kept mentioning it throughout the evening (and even after!). We really can’t emphasize enough how delicious everything was.

The service was just as impressive. The staff were absolute sweethearts with everyone; so attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. A special shoutout to Alfie and Connie, who were incredibly helpful, organized, and genuinely kind the entire way through.

“We hosted both our wedding and my bridal shower at Le Classique, and I can honestly say it was the most incredible experience from start to finish. Everything was absolutely seamless, from the moment our guests arrived to the very last dance. The staff made sure every detail was taken care of with such professionalism and warmth.

The service was impeccable. Every course was perfectly timed, and the bar service was very quick. Each time we left our seats, our dishes were cleared, napkins were neatly folded, and everything looked flawless again when we returned. The attention to detail was beyond anything we could have hoped for.

Working with Julio and Luigi was an absolute dream. They were professional, responsive, and kind, answering every single email and message within minutes. They were open, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. Any stress we had about planning completely disappeared because they handled everything with such care and efficiency.

The night of the wedding was perfect, and I truly could not have imagined a better location for the most important day of our lives. The ambiance, the service, the food, and the people were amazing. They went above and beyond and we could not be more grateful!”

“I'm inspired to write a review over how incredible our experience at the Intercontinental was this weekend. We only booked one night as a special treat for my 35th birthday.

I had emailed the hotel a couple months back requesting an early check-in. They let me know that they couldn't guarantee the early check-in, but that we were welcome to use the pool at 2pm when we dropped off our bags.

When we arrived, they confirmed that our room was ready early, and that we had been upgraded to the city view King suite on the 25th floor. I was thrilled about the early check-in, and the city view room was the cherry on top.

Once we had settled in, room service knocked on the door and delivered complimentary cheesecake, sparkling and still water, and a signed card for my birthday. It was such a thoughtful surprise.

The hotel is beyond gorgeous. The lobby was offering complimentary hot chocolate for the holidays. Bar Sarah B is one of our favourites in Montreal. Le Fabrique de Bagel is just down the stairs in the concourse and has amazing bagels.

All in all, you really can't do better than the InterContinental. It has it all.”

“UPDATE: I sent them a message on IG and they replied right away! Basically I have to come in early and speak to someone on site. Thank you! ~ Old review: I sent them an email regarding the possibility of having one (1) seat because I have difficulty standing up for a long time. They never responded. I am willing to pay extra for 1 chair somewhere in a corner, but I never even got an email back. I just think it's unprofessional. Now I'm not sure I will be able to even attend the concert venue because I don't know if I can stand up for like 2+ hours. I'm disappointed.”

“I was actually there for all day long professional courses for maintenance of licensing but the foyer entrance was very nicely set up and everything was well finished and the walk-through down to the various conference rooms was well done. Zero complaints. Plus they had handicap parking right near the front door which helped me a lot. Not much of an experience other than going to the washroom and that too was in mint, Perfect condition..”
