Virgin plus had a promotion for 39.99$ 20gig. The guy told me its a fixed price. But now they say they increased it to 45 and they cant lower. Evryone should know about these companies how they bring costumers in and they do this.

They were completely useless. First my online phone order is messed up and undeliverable. Went here for help and they told me to make a phone call. When I call they want to play phone tag. Avoid this company. They have been sending collections after me to pay internet that I no longer even have access to because they TOOK MY ROUTER. No one in store on phone or online seems to be able to help. Bunch of extortionist scammers. Never ever again

This review is NOT for the service of the shop but for the service of the company. This is the most insensitive service trying to cancel an account because of someone passing away. Rather than make things smooth and simple for the family they make it complicated and ridiculous. Rather than help the bereaved they torture one with unnecessary hoops to jump through asking for forms to be filled while it takes them 30 minutes to create a new account. This is is the most inefficient horrible insensitive service at a critical time.

Please add on the Google maps listing that this location is currently CLOSED due to renovations... It would allow people, like myself, to not make the journey, only to show up for nothing.

Felt rushed through my contract, there were things on it I didn't understand and wanted to go over in more detail but he was wanting to get on break instead of passing it on to someone else in the store. The guy kept explaining things in more and more complex terms until I just felt like I wanted to sign and get out of there. I felt annoying for asking questions, like come on, this is a 2 year contract and I'd like to know what I'm signing. Probably would have gone with a different provider and I wish I did.
