Absolutely disgusting. My garage sent my car there for calibration. I guess they don't know that some vehicles have an app that shows usage. They drove my car 40km and then left it on the other side of the street to unload. We are talking about a fairly expensive vehicle. The garage is currently closed and my car is across the street. Fortunately, I was able to lock it using the app, otherwise it would have spent the night locked.
No problem, we don't know the client and the insurance will pay...
Seriously, stayed away.

I had the good fortune of finding Vitre Jacques because of its location. It is a pleasure to have an excellent experience: friendly, helpful, no pressure while genuinely exuding service. While waiting for my repair, I saw many examples of how they treat customers with respect. Oh, and the work was excellent as well! Bravo

I had a stone chip in my windshield and was able to get taken care of right away. EXCELLENT service from the moment you call until the moment you leave. I highly suggest Vite Vitres Jacques ! Great quality of work and service and lots of experience.

Called them last minute for a window repair, and they serviced us in the quickest time imaginable. 5 min on the phone and 1 hour for the repair with an amazing price!!! Can’t thank them enough

Best place ever to get your glass repaired! Received the best customer service from Rosie and Betty they’re super sweet and are caring and honest when it comes to quotations (I almost went towards Lebeau until I realized they were basically scamming me). I called them and was able to get a quote (pretty affordable) and my appointment the same day and the work was not rushed at all!!! Highly recommend they even serve you Wifi, coffee and snacks.

This was the only place that could get the glass and install it the same day! The customer service was second to none. The two women in the office were absolutely wonderful to deal with, if I could give 6 stars I would.Stop calling other places, and just choose Vite Vitres Jacques

Somehow, amidst a nationwide shortage of the part I needed for a glass repair, Vite Vitres Jacques had one in stock, was able to see me immediately, and completed the repair promptly. The total cost was considerably less than my dealership would have charged me, if they had the same foresight to keep the part in stock.
