Don’t order a photobook online for pickup. They dont have the machine to assemble it. Broken for months. Then you’ll be asked to call customer support for a refund because they can’t do it either. Associate has no power.

Worst service ever. An order that is supposed to take 2-3 business days has taken more than 3 weeks. After calling more than 5 times, the order finally "Arrived" but no one in the store can find it in that mess. Papers everywhere, no one knows anything. At the end, I waited 3+ weeks and get nothing. So disappointed!

Aucune mesure de distanciation, du nombre de client. Aucun panier n’étaient disponibles, l’employé à l entrée à renvoyer les clients chercher un panier à l extérieur...qui ne sont pas désinfectés! Impossible de circuler dans le magasin en sécurité. Un gros zéro!
