I work for instacart connect(part time), I fulfill orders placed on Walmart.ca I went into the Walmart today and I was shopping for a big familly ended up buying 280$ worth of merchandise all food items chicken, veggies, egos, nothing special right.. after breaking my back scanning every item I was on my way to leave the store when I was DETAINED by the security and he demanded to see my receipt, he made me STAND IN FRONT of everyone and reviewed each and every item telling me to MOVE THE ITEMS in my cart and asking me oh CaN YoU ShOw mE THiS ITeM oN your receipt and this one, it kept on going on and on I was just being held for two minutes, only after he reviewed every item in my cart did HE let me goWALMART You can’t just randomly detain people as they are walking out and then make them move things in their cartsI contacted instacart ( I work for instacart part time) I told them I felt very violated after what happened, they agreed to cancel the order

Today I went to this point to return some uncomfortable tennis shoes for my niece and they did not want to make the exchange. I asked the person to let me see their exchange policy and they didn't have it, the person told me that I had to look for it myself, so I searched the Walmart website and I saw that I was entitled to make the change now. which was within the exchange days (I had bought the tennis shoes 8 days ago). I showed that to the person and they refused to make the change. I asked the person's name, I tried to see if his name was on the shirt and he covered it with his hand and he came out and left me without a solution, what bad customer service this store has. I keep seeing Walmart's policy and according to note 11 I can change it!!!

Probably the best experience of my life so far I wished it could be always great like this! Thanks Walmart!You have to read this happen today so here we go :I never got my order so contact customer service chat services to report the issue, they then advised me to contact them by phone so I did!I explained I never got the order but that the status of my order was saying delivered.Then customer service agent told me they are sorry about that and that they will be sending a new driver to deliver my groceries and to wait 1h!I waited 1h to my surprise the new drive delivered me 1 ITEM only out of 32 items only 1 so I was really shocked and ask the delivery guy where is they rest of my groceries this is impossible he then told me that’s all and that he double check at Walmart with an employee and ask the employee to double check and to make sure that this was all the order since only 1 item was kinda illogical for him as an order.The Walmart employees confirmed that was all only one item so the driver told me call Walmart again because they do this type of mistakes all the time so I call customer service one more time.Note that it was a few hours after Walmart app said apparently that the order was delivered clearly a big lie or mistake how ever you want see it.Calling customers service providing the order number for the 3rd time and explaining the issue the agent told me she would call the store to confirm once more after waiting on hold the agent told me sorry nobody is picking up the line and that I should get my order in an other 30 minutes and if not call back so basically sorry but not sorry and to my opinion felt like trying to buy some time in order to say sorry nothing we could do it’s to late to deliver at this time so I try to make sure that I could possibly get my order in 30min the agent said yes wish was again a lie!So guess what still no order so since I never got my order thinking ok this time let me call back the customer service again but let me choose the English options since the two first time I call and chooses français.Once more calling customer service providing the same info for the 4th time and explaining everything even the call I previously made!I hoped this was the last call and that I will finally get my order so the agent called the store and apparently got transferred to a non English speaker and couldn’t communicate with them!Really it’s 2023 and we are still dealing with language barriers from the same company Walmart!The agent then told me we couldn’t deliver your groceries that you payed for because of policy and that the delivery time for that store is finished then they offered a full refund but with the condition that I will have to wait 5 business day for a refund meanwhile my money sits in a Walmart corporate account making god’s knows what!Here I am waiting for refund that will take 5 business day no groceries no food waited patiently and communicate calmly and patiently with employee with respect of the fact that this was not their fault.Moral of the story don’t depend on companies they don’t care about how you feel and your reviews for all we know we are just numbers to them!

Terrible customer service, manager’s and employees speaks rudely. They all look miserable, very unwelcoming store. I wanted to return a powder and they wouldn’t it take back. gave me an excuse about policies, when I checked the website and there was no mention of no return. Mind you, I hadn’t use the product, but took a swatch, because they have no testers available. Even sephora takes open makeup back. I had to go to another walmart to return and get my refund. Scammers

If you’re an Indian or an Asian with a Walmart discount card, there is no other place for you to shop than this PROs -1. Great location. Very convenient even without private transport(car). Located very close to the Namur metro station makes it all the more convenient apart from the fact that it is itself situated at the heart of a very busy locality.2. This Walmart is fine tuned for Indians and east Asians living around the area in particular. A wide array of culinary products back from home to choose from, is available at this Walmart which isn’t available at other Walmarts (e.g - the packaged foods of Ashoka is only found here)3. Very attractive pricing - e.g - Ashoka products taste really great, better than MTR and at par with GIT, yet they are priced at 2.57$(50c lesser than other products as well as Indian stores)The combo shown in the photos would cost upwards of 35$ for a single person if dined out. Got this for approx 7$4. Great product rangeCONs -1. During peak hours, product availability might be a problem as shelves become empty very quickly.2. The queue at the billing counter might worry some people but this is not a problem if you are comfortable with self scanning and billing which is always free with no wait time & minimal interaction.

I wanted to refund 2 picnic chairs and a life jacket. The customer service didn't accept it because of the fact that the item is a seasonal sale and that it is a final sale. The site didn't say anywhere that it was a final sale nor the item having a price tag that warned us about this seasonal sale. When I told them about this, they told me that this is their manager policy !?

I anm giving 5 stars to Princess Diane working in the customer service at this Walmart! She is very kind, sweet, and smart lady. Few days ago, she helped me out with returning my clothes and addressing my complaints about their receipts. She solved it with no problem. Plus, she has a very cute smile that made my day. Thank you Princess!!!

I bought what I thought was a 'new' Keurig coffee maker. The item was dirty with coffee stains in the front and on the plate. When I looked at the manual, they were papers where someone had scribbled some notes. Obviously, the machine was used and no where did it state this. This is appalling and deceptive for such a large establishment as Walmart.From now on I will open and check my items before leaving the store.

This review is to highlight Rita, who exemplified personability, and excellent customer service. She handled my request while treating me in a way, which felt like I mattered. This despite the amount of customers, and the various levels of complexities that come with the requests; and issues arising on a daily basis. Thank you again!Part two of this review is to highlight Meher (also in customer service) who handled everything that needed to be done with both fluidity and efficiency. What a great smile and positive attitude.Kudos to both of these standout team members. Keep up the good work and show everyone how well things can be done.

Best place to get electronic items, shoes, groceries, utensils. When I was there, it was a huge line for billing because of some issues.
