“I asked SWS to switch out the second hand on my Luminox Sport Timer automatic for a tritium second hand and after consulting with Luminox, they were able to do the switch. There was initially a slight defect which the young technician corrected with minimal delay (taking time off from his half eaten lunch). He was very courteous, competent, quick, thorough, and professional. He switched out the defective hand and tested the waterproof-ness of his work and had it back to me asap. I am a very impressed and happy client.”

I visited their website, and it seemed that they also provided repairs to jewelry. My wedding band ring had been badly damaged, and my wife lost her center diamond on her engagement ring. I brought both rings to the store, received excellent service and was told that they could definitely help. Lucas sourced a perfect diamond for the engagement ring, repaired the ring's prongs, and restored my wedding band. The finished product was beautiful, they both looked brand new, and at a very reasonable price. Lucas also stayed open later than usual so that I could pick up the rings after the workday. I am very happy that I brought the rings to OTA. Thank you for the great service.”

There were other people looking through the windows but these people were not treated with as much disrespect. As already a customer of the store, I find this unacceptable and I would even say very insulting. He didn't even try to find out why we were there.
