Horrible service the lady screamed at me telling me she can’t give me a rate by phone she’s too busy. There are ways to speak to customers she shouldn’t be working in customer service!

This branch is nonsense, the lady flatly refuses to make me a payment of the money that was sent to me from outside when she has already done that to another person who was in front of me, telling me that she is not going to give me the money that goes into her cash register from customers because I spent 30 minutes waiting.

Le service est tellement lent, et il y a une forte queue. Chaque fois que j'y vais il n'y a qu'un agent et toutes les caisses sont vides ! Prépare toi pour un bon 30 min d'attente. J'y vais malgré moi car c'est l'agence la plus proche de chez moi. Mais quelle perte de temps. Faites quelque chose svp, par considération de vos clients. Merci
