So messy!!!! The manager and reps are just standing around, literally gossiping about others. I don't even care that they were it's just annoying that j was able to hear them. Go in the back and gossip!Also a lot of their clothes were ripped and damaged.

I’m talking about Winners from Marché Central. Everything and everyone is nice there. Very nice stuff. If I could only rate the jewelry counter, it would be a 5 for the suff and 0 from the staff there, particularly one staff member (A blonde cut short hair woman around 50-60 yrs old that mostly speak English but also speak French, she is there regularly) Is it Maria? Not sure about the name to be honest, I just saw so many bad reviews about an employee in the jewelry counter and I immediately thought that would be her. I am a regular, and I went there to reimburse a ring that was too big. All tags were still on it, it was still in the box. That woman did not want to reimburse saying “try again the ring in this other finger, but I sold it to you etc” then I said NO I want to reimburse it. She took the ring off me, off my HAND with such attitude and was so rude with big attitude doing so. Like I was going to take money from her paycheck. I couldn’t believe it and I can’t still believe that I didn’t put a complaint on the spot. Then she kept that attitude while she was reimbursing the ring and while I put my card for the refund. Very arrogant and with such attitude until the end. She is so arrogant and rude. I cannot believe it honestly. How can she get away with such attitude and behaviour. Other then that, honestly everyone is very friendly and it’s probably one of the best winners.

Purchased a Tom Ford watch at Galleries D’Anjou a few days ago for my brother, it was a very good deal. He didn’t like it so I came to return it at L’Acadie today. Immediately I was asked “Why do you want to return it”. I was caught off guard as my answer should have been none of your business. I told her the truth, she said she can’t take it back, I had my bill and tags still on it from when purchased. She brought the assistant manager Fernando over who continued to demean me with ridiculous questions regarding the box and the warranty card where he asked me why it wasn’t filled out. If anyone knows anything about watches the AD fills it in when selling the piece. Winners is grey market.I was polite but advised him that they sold me the piece in the incorrect box as well which I only discovered when I brought it home. Tom Ford box but for another model (no.001 instead if n.002).I was first told I had to go back to Galleries D’Anjou, my answer was no. I’ve purchased over $50,000 worth of goods from winners/marshalls/homesense easily over the last 15 or so years and know the drill for returns which is why I didn’t take it to the Marshalls right next store since I know they do not have a Jewelry counter.I have bought Gucci, Zegna (both E&Z), Givenchy, Chloe, Belstaff, Moschino, Tom Ford, Valentino etc over the years most expensive item being a Missoni Home carpet on the Queensway and have never been treated with this level of disrespect.Your sales associate even muttered “another one just like yesterday” to Fernando. I’ll leave her name out on the assumption she doesn’t know any better.I will be reaching out to head office directly. If this was any other store other than a TJX brand or perhaps Simons I would have rolled my eyes and been on my way. I take this personal as I have always been a huge fan of Winners and I’m not going to accept the level of disrespect by a man dressed in children’s sized clothing.

Be aware before you visit the jewelry section:On Saturday 19 august ,2023 I visited their store , I picked some toys for my toddler and then before I go to cashier went to check the jewelry section and the lady ( around 50 age ) her name maybe Maria ( that’s the name others calling her with ) who was working there saying she can’t show me anything as she gona close her cash , I told her it’s ok I’m just gona look the at the collections and I will come back tomorrow, she said no you can’t see as I’m gona remove them , I said it’s ok you can remove, she replied she can’t do this if I’m in front of her. I was just surprised and said you can do your job I’m not bothering but she replied no you can’t be here while I’m working. I said I’mNot bothering you even ,i just see the collection with my eyes. Then she called the security and said to remove me form there , fortunately the the person from store was polite and said I can’t buy but I can see them no problemAt all , I told him she is not letting me then he told her let her see whatever she wants . She didn’t like what he said and she gave me a very bad look .I was feeling very uncomfortable , disrespectful and I found her not a professional for this position to work and she was simply being so racist towards me . If she thinks ill about clients I think she is not mentally ok, maybe she can take leave from work and get professional help .I have been visit this location over 15 years and I love everything about this store except this lady .

What a rude cashier! My mother tried to return shoes she bought for me and one of the cashiers was being incredibly rude and unprofessional to her the way she was ordering her to dust off fur from it when there was barely any on it in the first place. The cashier still wouldn’t take them back so the manager arrived and said it was okay. That cashier clearly needs more training in the way she speaks to her customers.I am only giving this review an extra star because the manager was at least being decent.

It is very disappointing that a huge company like Winners hires incompetent people like Maria-Antoinette in the jewelry department. I went in today to buy a gift for Mother’s Day and she was very rude and disrespectful. She did not respect me as a client who wanted to purchase something and when I asked for her assistance she said “ I don’t have time for you, I have other things to do”. Unfortunately this is not the first time happening and I also noticed that she acts this way with all her customers. I recommend to Winners to be more vigilant with their employees to make sure that their customers are treated well.

Went to Winners Marche Central on May 25th, 2023. I wanted to return a multi chopper that I had just bought but was very disappointed with the quality as it did not chop at all and was going to break easily. I only used it once with one vegetable to test it out. Cashier asks if I used it and I did not lie (but could of) and explained to her why I'm returning it. She says no you can't return it if you used it. And argued with me. She called another cashier in charge her name is Laura #1048 and she argued even more. I told her I never ever had problems at Winners let alone this non sense of even telling me "go back to the winners you bought it at" She also says that's you who don't like the product how do we know it's no good. So now I'm lying for a $25 chopper. Very rude and clearly does not care about customer service. I then asked for a manager. He came and right away said politely and with no arguing "no problem will return it". I wasted 10 minutes arguing with 2 employees mainly Laura. For what?!? I'm a regular customer at Winners. Been shopping for years there but never will I come back. And worse is the customer next to me also has an argument with the same cashier and he says he never ever has problems with Winners except this branch at marche central. Hope management is reading this. Im sorry but employees like power trip Laura should not be working there. Her attitude and service gave a very bad taste in my mouth and although I was going to shop there afterwards, I walked right out. Too bad for Winners they missed out on sales. (Btw same chopper sells at Amazon I should of bought it there I would have no issue return it. Lesson learned)
