I went to the pharmacy to ask the pharmacist for something before seeing a doctor. He recommended a product that cost $30, which, after I got home and checked, turned out to be completely unsuitable for my situation. Moreover it’s recommended NOT to use it. $30 spent on something totally useless!!! Never again.

Dishonest service. 2 passport photos, we are given the “special” price of $25.99 + tax (it’s $16 at Jean Coutu). A few minutes later, we were told it was $40. Save your time and money, go elsewhere at all costs if you don't want to get ripped off.

I have been using the services of this pharmacy for over 10 years and what I appreciate is their personalized service. They recognize their customers and offer very fast service. the pharmacists and technicians are very rigorous and are non-judgmental and show a lot of empathy towards their customers.

My partner and I travelled here from Toronto for our mini-moon. We had stayed at a hotel close by and unfortunately he contracted a sinus infection on our first day there. We tried many "big name" pharmacies and attempted to do a walk-in at other clinics, we were turned away or just given Tylenol/Advil. We finally got a subscription for an online doctor at Maple Health, and after approx 30 minutes of being on hold we were finally able to chat with a doctor that faxed the prescription for antibiotics to Y Chen. I hurried over there and service was great. They double checked all his symptoms to make sure the antibiotics would work for him, and made sure they gave us a proper receipt for our Ontario insurance. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling from Ontario / English speakers

Very happy to find this pharmacy. It was just next to our hotel and it's so critical during our emergency. The pharmacist Ms Diane is very knowledgeable, patience and taught me step by step how to clean and treat the deep cut on my kid. The cashier lady is very kind and patience. Highly recommended !

They asked for my phone number when I bought some medicine. Ever since, I have recieved daily spam phone calls from "Health Canada" in Chinese. Always a Montreal number. (I am not from Montreal)Otherwise, they were pleasant people.

I asked for visa photos which costing me $29 but it's not working because the photographer is not professional, I go there and require refund.but they say it can't be returned because I use the ordinary photo to scan and upload to the consulate that makes it fail to upload. if I need the electric photo I have to pay $19. what a bad service

Don't choose this location to get the vaccine. Not only the staff are not professional but also the store is small, no social distancing, really chaotic.
