Nice big and clean store with lots of choice
On the other hand, I didn't like being oppressed by the seller, we tried on a pair of shoes
We hesitate, we give the pair to the seller, specifying that it will be for the next time, he gets angry and comes back to tell us: can I know why you are not taking the pair today (with a cold tone) ?
In short, I understand that you work on commission but you harass and annoy the customer, I find that a shame
I finally went to buy my pair elsewhere because there was less pressure from the other store

Last weekend I was served by this nice young girl , zul she was very helpful with assisting me buying boots for my daughter . She made it a quick and easy trip , she made sure I left with everything I needed :)

I’ve been a Browns client for years the service is great, lately I went to buy some shoes for an occasion and believe me I’ve been server by a salesman called Mohamed let me tell you, HE WAS AMAZING he was so patient and helpful honestly I’m returning for my future purchases to Browns rockland and exactly for this guy, Thank You Browns thank you Mohamed.

Bought few shoes from browns !
This time I walked In to get a pair of shoes
Got served by Mohamed
Asked him for my size he brought it told him I’ll buy it !
When I got to the cash he added cleaning products and socks and other products that I never asked on my bill so when I noticed my bill went from 400$ to 560 I told him why he said sorry I thought you’d like those products
I get the salesmen tactics for commissions but don’t push stuff on my bill without asking me if I want to buy them

I walked into this store and at first I felt intimidated by the prices and the salespeople. I couldn't imagine wearing multiple shoes there as they seemed uncomfortable for the price. Then, a simple young man finally came to talk to me in the sea of available sellers and was able to find exactly the kind of shoes I was looking for without putting any pressure, his name is Santiago. I think he is a good salesman because he knew how to find the right product for customers without having too many details. He didn't seem too confident, but he should, because to be a good salesman you have to know how to understand the customer's style. Also, I didn't feel obligated to shop with him. I felt he was not there for the commission, but to find the right shoe for my style and age. It's appreciated.

Even if the place was busy and crowded, the manager was nice enough to take a few minutes to solve a minor issue with a broken lace on previously bought boots.

Définitivement le pire service possible à la clientèle. J’étais presque 20 minutes avant de trouver quelqu’un pour m’aider. Puis, il est disparu tout simplement sous prétexte d’aller voir s’il trouvait ma taille. J’ai quitté! Je n’avais plus du te ps à perdre. Vaux mieux aller à la succursale de Centre Ville ou bien au Premium Outlet.
