Even if the place was busy and crowded, the manager was nice enough to take a few minutes to solve a minor issue with a broken lace on previously bought boots.

Définitivement le pire service possible à la clientèle. J’étais presque 20 minutes avant de trouver quelqu’un pour m’aider. Puis, il est disparu tout simplement sous prétexte d’aller voir s’il trouvait ma taille. J’ai quitté! Je n’avais plus du te ps à perdre. Vaux mieux aller à la succursale de Centre Ville ou bien au Premium Outlet.

I have been shopping at browns Rockland for YEARS buying shoes for the whole family and always been very happy. Recently, I have had 2 disturbing incidents with a new employee who I believe is the new store manager there (I remember his name but will not disclose here). On two different occasions, the employee did not miss the chance to be absolutely disrespectful and humiliating. The first time was when I tried returning my sons shoes that my mother had got for him as a gift 4 days before. He never ever wore the pair of shoes, only tried them on at home and had a very hard time getting his foot in which clearly validates he was not able to wear them. The manager insisted that those shoes were worn “in the car” pointing at invisible scuffs on the shoes (THEY LOOKED AND WERE BRAND NEW). I insisted that they weren’t but he called me a liar and continued on with his “worn in the car” scenario (HELLO, My son only tried them on for a split second at home, safe to say he didn’t go out with them!!) but he was extremely intimidating and nothing you could tell him would change his mind. I was able to return the shoes, but the experience of that day will surely be remembered. I had someone in front of me shaping my ideas. Nothing I could say was valid for him.The second occasion was when I went to purchase The new Ugg plastic protectors. It seemed like it was new stock in the store and that they weren’t exactly sure of their location in the back store. Once they found them, the salesman had them put on the cash and opened 3 boxes to see what size would fit my Ugg (S,M or L). I want to precisely bring to your attention that i haven’t even been in the store for 10 minutes! (It was a calm morning). Suddenly, the same manager comes and tells me “sorry mam but like you need to get going, we need the cash, are you buying these ?” I promise it had not been more then 15 minutes I walked into the store. I was so shocked I couldn’t even think. I just left everything and walked out. When I turned my back, I saw him whispering in the cashiers ear while both looking at me. I am not here for a discount code or any sort. I want to express how dehumanized i was !Shame on that manager. Clearly, companies are desperate for employees. I wouldn’t hire him even as a trash collector.

Their gesture of reaching out with a call and offering a discount was truly appreciated ✨____________________I visited the store today aiming to buy a pair of short beige UGGs but was also open to grey and green colors. While the store didn't have the beige color in stock, which was understandable, the consultant brought me a high-top model in green, despite my specifying that I was only interested in the short style. He did bring a grey pair in the style I wanted, but his attitude left much to be desired.Upon my polite clarification about wanting only short UGGs, he rolled his eyes and seemed visibly irritated. What made the experience particularly unsettling was his condescending pat on my husband's shoulder, as if to say, 'I feel sorry for you.'During checkout, he showed my husband, not ME—the customer—, that they simply didn’t have the green short UGGs, which further contributed to the feeling of dismissiveness.I was straightforward about my preferences and made a purchase within 15 minutes of entering the store. Despite this, I was met with a lack of basic courtesy and an attitude that felt borderline sexist.Would not recommend if you're looking for respectful and attentive customer service.

Today I went into the store to purchase a pair of fall boots, but didn’t know exactly what I wanted. I met an employee, Santiago, who was very helpful and courteous the whole time. Definitely will be returning and asking for him specifically. Great to see such good service these days! 5 stars!

I bought a pair of docker shoes, I wore them only once . To my surprise the sole got detached from the shoe. The sole rubber is soo sheep quality that the stitching when trough it. I felt duped and this made me angry.I paid a heafty price

Large well lit store with lots of selection and very helpful staff. Riccardo was fantastic, he was helpful and very patient with me when I kept changing my mind. He is an absolute gem!

Browns is very over priced for its shoe quality. Some of the staff members are friendly but some are really unpleasant to cooperate with. The staff member that was helping us was judging us for being young teenagers and trying on some heels that weren’t necessarily for our age but that we might buy in the coming future. He even threw the shoes that my friend wanted to try on, on the ground. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon because of this unpleasant experience.

The cashier Elvira was very helpful and very knowledgeable of their footwear. She convinced me better than the other salesman & i bought 2 pairs! The manager was asking for her help at the cash. Something must be wrong…. Keep up the good work and hope she gets a raise!!
