“I went in for an SAAQ inspection for my Q3 2025/12/16 o
and want to specifically shout out Joe, who was exceptional and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. My initial inspection failed due to issues that were honestly on me — I hadn’t done a minimum check of my brakes and tires beforehand. Despite that, the team still helped where they could and explained everything clearly without pressure or attitude.
When I returned for the secondary inspection, it was handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. Any additional costs were my responsibility, not theirs, and I respect the honesty and professionalism they showed the entire time.
