We did car detailing and car looks greater than it has in years! They even fixed the stitching on the door without me asking. They also washed the outside of the car when I only asked for inside. “Fast service, generally good quality but when there are only 2 people on site or too many cars in the queue the finishes are less good. Prices have increased quite a bit in recent years but it remains good value for money. $28 for exterior and interior washing, it was $20 I think 2 years ago. And the 50% off promotion for women on Thursday seems to have disappeared right?!”
“I took my mini here for a detail and exterior clean and wax. It was my first time here, I was recommended by a friend. I was very pleased with the job, my car hadn’t been detailed in a long time so they had their work cut out for them.
They let me take a good look around the car before paying and followed up with me on the phone shortly after I left to make sure I was happy with the car. I will certainly be going back!”
“First round the car was not clean at all, there was crumbs and dust left on almost every surface and i’m not even sure the seats were vacuumed.
I mentioned it to the owner, he took charge immediately and fixed the problem.
My car is now very clean.
I will be going back because the complaint was taken seriously, fixed right away and the attitude about all of it was very respectful.
Soo 4 stars for doing that.
