“This place is absolutely magical. My friend told me about this stuffed animal hospital where you could repair your beloved companions, and I instantly booked an appointment. The repair is totally customizable and reasonably priced. My dude had some pretty heavy matting on his fur after 18 years of service so I got a “spa”cleaning and brushing, which came out to ~$40 CAD. He was checked into a “hospital bed” and less than a week later was discharged, with a cute little “identity card” and “treatment plan”!
The whole process had me just about dying with cuteness and Raplapla did an amazing job in the end with the cleaning. My little guy looks a decade younger now (seriously, I forgot he used to look like that) and I’m so happy I found this place! Five stars all around.”

He also took the time to calculate how much I was saving by purchasing two coats that I was hesitant about with the current promotion. The women are adorable. So yes the prices can be high on certain items, but it's still a thrift store for you to check if you're getting a good deal.. and overall it's worth it with the discounts that are constantly there! And it will always be better for the planet to buy used than new. I prefer that to traveling around Montreal hunting for good marketplace deals..”

“I was in this store a week ago and the treatment was excellent and very humane. They helped me with everything. I arrived when there were barely 10 minutes left before closing. They patiently waited, brought me water to drink and lovingly cared for me and my three-year-old daughter. Especially, Emily and Clemence, these two shop assistants were very human, approachable and polite. Both are an example of professionalism, dedication and customer care. If I were their boss I would increase their salary, I would offer them better conditions and I wouldn't let them escape. Thank you both for being so efficient and loving, it is a pleasure to go to this store.
