went to CIBC to open an Investor's Edge account without an appointment, It was very busy and still managed to get me in appointment with brokerage specialist named Maria. I had a great talk and felt very welcomed. I am now a CIBC client and looking forward to my investments with Maria

I go to the teller and she acted kinda rude, even though I was the only client there, so it's not like she was in a rush. I hope someone automates her job away, I should have just gone to the machine.
