Very bad experience. repairs done to my car in dec. 2021 following an accident are already to be redone, the paint is blistering, the rust is setting in and the replacement film that they put is peeling off and was not installed like the original one, it does not cover what 'she should have covered it. Of course, to get the poorly done repairs done again, they have to struggle like holy water, the file has been dragging on for several months and the FixAuto banner told me that the blockage comes from FixAuto Décarie. When I called fixauto Décarie, I was transferred from line to line for hours until the line ended up being hung up and I had to start again. Bravo for your excellent customer service.

Insurance company recommended me this place. I left my polestar here and they took 2 months and a half. Horrible service. Would not recommend they will take ages to fix your car.

Worst place to bring your car to fix.
specially after accident, Don’t bother to toe your car to this place the receptionist the old lady very rude. The mechanic chubby guy unprofessional doesn’t know nothing about car problems much., They couldn’t find s simple problem in my tesla which was vibration of steering wheel,image i had to go 3 times to balance my car after they fixed it. And they test drive your car on high speed on road full bumps and potholes to make your car have other problems later on. I would never recommend this place to waste your time there.
You’ll thank me later. Very unprofessional and rude staff.
