What a horrible customer service. First time buying from them and it will be my last! My sons shoes started pilling off after a week. It’s been over a month that I am trying to figure out with customer service what can be done and it is a nightmare! A month! I had sooo much high hope because I have heard wonderful things about the quality. I will make sure I tell this to family and friends. It is not acceptable.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from this store for my granddaughter and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product as well as the customer service. I regret not having read the reviews. Normal, I have three children and I have always bought geox and never had a problem. But unfortunately this time the quality is frankly bad. After only a week of normal use, signs of wear appeared. The manager, who was not on site, just seeing photos sent by an employee concluded that it was due to improper use. In summary, I do not recommend these shoes, too expensive for poor quality.
