Came in on may 4th to buy some shoes. There was more selection than anticipated so I asked the sales girl some questions about the shoes. She was unable to answer anything about the shoes she sells. So I left and read about the differences on the website. When I walked by later I saw another sales girl so I thought I would have better luck. Nope. It took her forever to find the shoes and complained the back room was a disaster. I asked to try on a couple shoes and she just hands me the boxes and walks away to chat with her co-worker. One box contained 2 completely different shoes and not the one I asked for. Then I had to disturb the girls to ask for a shoe horn. This was the worst shoe store experience I've ever had in my life, I am not exaggerating.The manager of this store should be fired! Not only does the manager not train their staff to know their products, they are not trained to provide basic customer service AT ALL. At the very least they could hand us the shoes and make sure what's in the boxes is correct. Clearly Geox doesn't care because this seems to be standard for the store based on other reviews and nothing has been done about it.I left without buying anything and will never return. There are lots of shoe stores that provide proper customer service. They will get my money, not Geox!What a waste of time!!! ?
