Some HORRIBLE people works at the pharmacy. Forget the $3.50 Thermo control envelope at the counter, went next day and show them the proof of purchase, they just denied it and said we will check the cameras. Had to buy it again. Unbelievable ….

Worst sewn jeans of my life! Lab makes errors on prescriptions even though it is clearly indicated, a large team in the lab but very slow and efficient. Making mistakes on a simple prescription and not providing the tax receipt is common! Plus the staff doesn't know a single thing about products prescribed and received for tax purposes. Staff in general, very stupid or even rude... Plus, the cosmetics lady is selling under pressure? I've never seen this in a J-Coutu... Too bad, we'll go elsewhere. GO ELSEWHERE.

I wanted to fill a prescription. A pharmacist asked me for my health card. I hadn't brought it. He then asked the another pharmacist, who came over and asked for my ID. I explained that I didn't have it, and that I'd home, get my card and fill the prescription locally.
He replied, "What do you mean?" in an accusatory tone. I repeated that I would get my ID at home. I had to say this 3 times.
All he had to say was, "We couldn't fill your prescription without ID." I already understood the situation, and sometimes people forget things. There was no reason to get two people to tell me, or for me to explain why I didn't have my ID. There was definitely no reason to speak to me in such an arrogant way.
I'm an immigrant, and still I'm learning the rules here. I'm also not white, and it's shocking that Jean Coutu is so condescending to non-white customers. I can't believe such racist attitudes still exist in Montreal.

Horrible place. Zero hygiene, their makeup is sold not sealed yet when i want to return it i cant, cause its not sealed ?. Horrible, a bunch of scammers

No comments on the pharmacy but the service at Canada Post is the worst there isI had a package and a QR code that could be scanned for return. The employee scanned the QR code and gave me the label which printed. She then told me that I have to buy the adhesive tape for $5 or take the package home to put the label on because “it’s up to me.” It's ridiculous to force us to buy overpriced duct tape or have us travel for duct tape when I'm sure they have it behind the counter. The Canada Post in the Pharmaprix in Lucerne prints and sticks the label, no questions asked.

Worst customer service at the Canada Post counter, they need to learn how to talk to customers.20 minutes they were looking for a package that was in front of them and now they are the ones who are exasperated.I will no longer choose this post for collecting my packages or for making my purchases.
