Their products are always top notch. I've always been very satisfied with my purchases, and Elaine was particularly helpful with correcting a small error on my most recent order and dealt with it very quickly.

I ordered light bulbs and light fixtures.
After several weeks I had not received a shipping confirmation.
I reached out to ask about this.
They stated that they actually did not have them in stock.
After over 6 weeks since I placed my order I emailed them requesting the ship parts of the order separately. Which they did. I received the light fixtures. They told me the would let me know as soon as they new estimated delivery dates for the rest of the order.
After 2 1/2 more weeks not hearing from them. I requested to cancel the rest of the order. Several days later they responded that the order was being currently being shipped to the warehouse so I could no longer cancel the order, and I should review the refund policy. Unfortunately based on the refund policy my order cannot be returned.
Very frustrating, and could have been avoided by better communication. Now I am left with product I no longer need.
Edit: After reading through other reviews, it seems this scenario happens fairly often. Shipping takes a long time, customer asks to cancel. And then the company does not cancel the order, because now the order has been shipped.
