Really bad customer serviceI was told by carrefour Laval to go do my exchange at rockland since the charm was not available there once arrived at rockland the assistance manager refuse to do the exchange and said she’s not willing toDo the same exception, she even refused to give me her name ?funny fact is she ask me in the beginning who did I spoke to about the exchange and herself not willing to give her name. As a loyal customer I think she could do the same exception already I went to one mall and now did all the way to rockland for her to refuse me. Not professional at all I think she represent pandora and need to care a bit more about customer relation? just lost 2 hours of my day very frustrated

I came here on Friday the 15Th to purchase and to get something polished, the lady working around 2pm, was very rude. She completely ignored us, rolled her eyes when I got her attention. She kept going in and out the back room and back out, avoiding us completely. She denied to polish my bracelets, I buy very frequently and this is the first time I have a careless, and rude sales representative. The ladies at this location need to be re trained with manners because it is beyond unprofessional. Makes me not want to buy from this location ever, and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.

The worst Pandora store that someone can ever come to, especially customer service experience. A family member and I decided to call Pandora earlier this morning to find out if we are able to clean charms, bracelets anything in general from Pandora. The person who I spoke to earlier this morning advised that cleanings are offered. Once we walked into the store, were served by a representative. We requested to clean our jewelry bought from Pandora; she refused to clean it because they said that it's an unavailable service at the moment because there doing promotions as of X days. I told her that this is unacceptable because we spoke to someone earlier and this person told us that cleanings are available. Something else also happened to the point that she told me to wait after one of her colleagues to provide me access to the fees of some things that I saw and that I liked, she refused to help me because she's busy doing other un necessary things around the store. In my opinion, customer service satisfaction and experience comes first. Finishing and setting up your store comes last. Lastly, she told me that there's a promotion happening as of next week and that she can not provide me access to any information and I will only have access to this information if I'm a customer with Pandora. What kind've customer service experience is this? I refuse to come here again and I do not suggest for anyone else to come to this specific Pandora, find another Pandora where you will get exceptional service.

Disgusting attitude. The manager Sophie is a horrible person. its been a long time that I received such attitude. DONT EVER GO TO THAT STORE. UNLESS YOU WANT ATTITUDE.I wish I could give a negative 5 starsI wanted to buy something but the manager refused to sell it to me.I went into the store to see what I liked and didn't buy right away. when I came back after going to a different store, she refused to sell anything to me. she also didn't let the other workers talk to me. I was actually scared of her.She yelled like a maniac.

Awful service. Called to check if the item was in stock at the store(at the fairview store, they told its in stock in Rockland). Was refused help, until I provide the SKU. Which I could not get, because it was out of stock online. Asked to speak to the manager, she told me, she is the manager! Had to call Pandora Fairview to check for the item number. Called back to be told, they don't have it in stock...Its unbelievable! People want to spend their money, willing to travel and get zero service.

Very disappointed with this store, I got in May a gift, a bracelet with many charms, was bought to another store. Went once to change it because was short and no problem at all. After a few weeks, 1 of the charm didn’t lock properly and went back to be fixed or changed but the manager didn’t accept it….. ( 27-07-2022)update! I went to pandora,gallery d’Anjou and the lady was nice and helped me , even didn’t ask me for the receipt !
