African guy working there evening shift.Accused me of stealing because i took some time in the back to decide what drink i want.Called me a thief , used cursing words and said empty your pockets.Barbaric attitude.Zero professionalism.Zero costumer service.When i tried to ask him why hes accusing me of theft, he called the police . Police came and checked the videofootage and saw i didnt steal nothing.What an idiot! Petro canada / couche tard should hire proper employees with experience and stop hiring clowns like him.

Very poor service. The all attendant doesn’t let use toilet as taxi driver you get gas everyday but can’t use there bathroom, i am sorry NO MORE PETRO CANADA i recommend everyone go to Esso or Ultramar

Very poor service. The attendant is very unpleasant. A gas station that doesn't let customers use their toilet. And this has been happening for almost 3 years. How does Petro Canada allow this?

Pay at the pump does not work. The clerk lets you waste your time on the pump without guiding you. I regret having made the detour.

Horrible service at this gas station, one of the worst. Told the lady that i need pre pay $120. She charged my card full and later says i have to wait for the manager for the refund. And didn’t even add my petro points. NEVER coming to this gas station again.

Went last week since I needed to buy 30$ worth of products and had 2x 20$ (40$) but she didn’t have 10$ in change… after her co-worker came and both were arguing that I need to find another method of payment because there isn’t 10$ of change in the entire store. How can this be allowed? Rokiya was the name of the employee working. She was super rude. How can a gas station not have 10$ in change…

This place is absolutely terrible. Customer service during the day is bad. I asked for cigarettes in English and was met with a "quoi". Funny part is I go there all the time. This is not the first time I get things there. I asked for the same cigarettes in French and with the exception of number of cigarettes which is , vingt-cinq, everything is the same in English as it is in French. Why is it so hard to get pleasant interaction at the store? This is the last time I will ever go there. Hopefully someone will read this and take appropriate action to rectify this situation.
