This brach has a very bad customer service. I am a new client and just opened an RBC signature account. Sent an email to the customer service representative that opened my account on Monday, and did not receive an answer after 5 business days! I had to call him thee times to tell him that I had send an email to respond. And the way he replied back is very unprofessional. Further more he seems uninterested and told me next time go online to search my own infomation. Seriously, what kind of service is that? Plus for a signature account. Futher more, requested cheques and told me to do it myself. Honestly, skip this branch or find another bank.

I am an international student and I wanted to apply for a credit card. Since I had a few questions about various cards and their benefits, I thought it would be better to make a bank appointment and speak to a bank officer instead of applying online.I was served by Fadia, who was impeccable with her knowledge, expertise and professionalism. She walked me through the various cards, was transparent about the entire process and answered every question I had.I am extremely impressed by her service, and she is a huge asset of RBC

The combined incompetency of RBC and the total disorganization of this local branch is simply uncomprehensible. It started with RBC unilaterally closing a business account for my holding company bc of their perceived lack of transaction ( I guess they were not making enough money off of it) to a world wind of continuous errors and a branch management team that simply prefers to pass the buck around from employee to employee wasting an enormous amount of my time. I have been dealing with this branch for over 20+ years and the last few years has been a total nightmare. Prior to me posting this review they had a 3.1 star review. IS ANY ONE AT RBC LISTENING!!!!

Went in for an international fund transfer. Had the pleasure of being assisted by Nagham. The process was very quick and easy, I was practically in and out. Nagham even went above and beyond by providing me with advice and steps to follow in case the deadline for my fund transfer was not met. Very professional.

I got scammed for over 3000$ because of the laziness of the employees of this branch, not a single employee informed me about cheques depositing procedures and that it might be an insufficient fund cheque, although i spoke with 2 tellers, 2 customer service and the branch manager all in the same day, and now I'm drowning in debt because of the lack of information from their side, when you read the reviews and see that no one is responding or acting towards their failure you realize you have to avoid this bank at any cost, not just this branch but the whole rbc institution in general, a week ago i had a problem in national bank, laird branch, i wrote a bad review, i was contacted by the branch manager who is an amazing person and solved my problem in 10 minutes the 2nd day, thats what you call professionalism, hopefully iwill settle my debt very soon and leave this bank for good.

Wasted 2 hours of my time here because the teller had no clue what she was doing. Only to transfer me to another teller after 2 hours. Name of incompitent teller Pascale. Teller who helped me afterwards and deserves a raise Szandra

Very bad & unprofessional attitude to the clients. No respectful. Need to wait for a long time. Every time i had a bad experience. I would never go there anymore although it is my residential bank. They don’t know that their attitude would ruin RBC’s reputation.

Very poor service and unprofessional staff
