“I took my Land Rover LR2 to Eurowa last December after my regular garage, and a few others, said they couldn't fix it. Most either lacked the expertise or were too busy. One mechanic pointed me towards Eurowa. Though I was hesitant due to mixed reviews, I opted to try them out. Reflecting on the experience, I'm genuinely pleased with their work. My car has been issue-free for about nine months now. Here's a breakdown:Pros:- They clearly have the expertise for European cars, as evidenced by their repair work on mine.- Whenever I reached out, they provided detailed explanations about the issues.Cons:- The repair took nearly six weeks, largely due to parts availability and perhaps their workload.- Receiving a clear estimate on when my car would be ready proved challenging, necessitating weekly follow-ups on my part.- While their hourly rate was standard, the entire repair came to about $2,500, with the primary part costing around $700, as far as I recall.After evaluating everything, I'd say I'm a satisfied customer overall.Services: Transmission”
“I came in last week for a tire change and oil change. My partner and I had bought the wrong size winter tires (new car - I know, I know we should have triple checked!). Mona and her brother let me know about the tires and they went above and beyond to fix this for me. They let me borrow their car to go to Canadian tire to look for new tires. When CT didn't have any in the correct size, Mona started to call a few more tire places around and we were able to find tires for only $5 more than the wrong sized ones we got (was able to return). They were still able to change the tires that day! Amazing service, friendly and I highly recommend! Will definitely be going back!”
