“I have been a Mazda owner since 2018, having owned many models from the Cx-3, Cx-30,Cx-5 and the latest one Cx-90. Although my first purchase was at this dealership, I switched for my second car to the one near my house. Unfortunately the service I got the second and third time around wasn't felt as an appreciated and valued customer. I chose to come back to this dealership in Laval only for the sole reason that I remembered how well I was treated in 2018. I wasn't wrong to make the drive and to come see Mr.Carlos Da Silva. He greeted me promptly and with warmth. I told him what I wanted, what my price budget was and he and Mr.Francis Deschamps fulfilled this request within minutes and went beyond without any hesitation. They truly showed my family and I what customer service is and genuinely making us feel part of the Mazda family.
