I brought a Focus ST from him and within 2 weeks the car lost power due to a turbo leak. I called him and he offered to fix it which I took. During the repair I asked him to look into another problem with the catalytic converter which he refused and offered a refund. I declined since I assumed he would fix the engine properly. Then 2 days after I got the car back I had an MISFFIRE and LOW COMPRESSION on cylinder 4. I called him and asked him to repair it or refund but he refused saying it’s passed 30 days. I told him it’s not right he sold me a car with 2 big engine issues within 5 weeks. He still refuse to address this issue or refund me. Basically sold me a faulty car and refused to fix it or refund me. Now I wasted $7000 with a car that need a new engine

I was slightly disappointed with my first appointment, they agreed to change my ball joints and then told me that they wouldn't change them. Because I have a suspension problem and for my car model it is better to change the tables with the ball joints....something they could have told me on the phone instead of making me pay for just looking at my tank!!! Well maybe I'll give him another chance to stand out, but for the moment it's not great.
