Updated Review: Everything started well. They installed a garage door for an apartment building which opens and closes approximately 75 times per day. The door was ok but broke often and they did not honour their guarantee. They eventually stoped returning my calls and did not send anyone to repair the door. I had to call a more reputable company to have the repairs done. IK would not do business with RSM again.

Ensuite il prend quelques minutes pour lubrifier les autres avec se qu'il semble à une canette de lubrifiant tel que "WD40". Il m'avise ensuite que une des portes (qu'on utilise rarement) a un coupe-vent qui n'est plus bon et a besoin de se faire changer. Il change d'histoire quand je lui demande si c'est normale après 2 ans sur une porte qui s'ouvre environ 10 fois par année. Son histoire est ensuite devenu une explication comme quoi le "flashing" était mal installé (trop court) et que il ne pouvait pas ajuster le coupe-vent.Le cerise sur le sundae: je me fait envoyer une facture via courriel réclamant le montant de $469.10 pour sa visite de moins d'une heure!!!
