“In general, excellent service, people are good, I try to get past the bad days because everyone has them but in the lab it seems to happen more often. I went for a renewal of a medication which is rather rare in addition to being on a trip, knowing that I went in advance we know how to respond phew it was really not pleasant as if it was our fault, our responsibility we have had to endure the mood and these ailments...
