I am going for a renewal of a medication which is rather rare in addition to being on a trip, knowing it I went in advance we know how to answer ouff it was really not pleasant as if it were our fault, our responsibility we have had to suffer the temper and these evils...This isn't the first time but I hope to be there last time though.”
