“Impeccable service, employees who take the time to explain if you have questions... Transparency that honestly some garages lack! An honest invoice (yes it's expensive but to be expected, nothing is free these days!) they still found alternatives to make it cheaper than expected. First time at this garage and honestly recommend 100%..”
3050 Bd des Forges, Trois-Rivières QC G8Z 1V5

“I stopped there on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. without an appointment because, for a few kilometers, there had been a sound of metal scraping on my van and I couldn't identify the problem. I was received with excellent service, in a good mood, and the mechanic solved my problem in less than 5 minutes! I recommend!”

“A professional service, they are trusted people who know cars and who won't change parts for nothing. However, they make sure to keep you informed of minor problems since they are aware that your safety depends on it. For me it's mechanical Biron or nothing!”

“Best service in the town at a very reasonable prices. I got prices of 80-115$ at different garages for my V6 Chrysler. But here i got my oil change for 60$. And Peter is friendly, honest and kind person. I was asked to change brakes in 3 different garages. But he suggested me to drive few months and it really saved my 6-800$. Highly recommended”
94 Rue Vivier, Trois-Rivières QC G8T 5J7
“Received excellent service for over a decade and a half. The owner gives very good advice. He does not hesitate to suggest to us not to do certain maintenance depending on whether we plan to keep the vehicle for a long time or not, in short this kind of good advice which takes into account our needs and our expectations. I have owned two used Toyotas in my life, both inspected and maintained for the most part at Doucet and I have always been very satisfied with the service, but especially the advice.”
1500 Bd Arthur-Rousseau, Trois-Rivières QC G9B 0X4
“Purchased a GLC from Felicia, and the service was fantastic! She went above and beyond to have it cleaned and detailed along with a gift bag for me and my wife, which we appreciated. Felicia took the time to give us a crash course regarding everything we need to know about the car. The drive from Laval was well worth it for the service you get here compared to the dealers in the city.”

“Purchase of a new vehicle: they had inventory for a test drive, good follow-up communication on a vehicle order, simple and efficient taking of possession. Very good service, I recommend and that's saying something considering my non-existent love for dealers in general.”
Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”
