I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ford Joliette service. They don't tell the truth and the prices for repairs are never clear.
This is the third time they "forgot" to mention certain fees to me, which is unacceptable.
My vehicle is not repaired properly and is making strange noises that they tell me it's normal???
Additionally, they don't even provide a courtesy vehicle, despite the fact that they charge $150/hr for the service.
In summary, without reservation, I absolutely do not recommend this dealership.
Very poor service from A to Z.

A big thank you to the seller Jimmy Masson who made the transaction with me!! A nice guy! Excellent communication throughout the process!
Almost a year later... I wanted to change my truck, my first instinct was to go see the same dealership! Too bad Jimmy is no longer a salesman! I had to deal with Yves... a completely amorphous seller... as a result I bought elsewhere!
