we called liele for my miele coffee machine in august 2023 they don't understand why we were directed to electro experts he tells me today usually they send someone from miele, but electro experts came, they came in sept in october in November 2 times and finally the 2nd time in November they took the machine to bring it to the workshop in Joliette, they broke other part of the machine trying to resolve the problem the wrong code and when they came the last time in November and replaced the part, same error code, then should have received the part in December according to them but nothing and wuand I called on December 28 I spoke with Alexandre, he told me do you want us to send the machine back to you not repaired, and imagine I paid in September and I don't even have my machine, Alexandre told me in 2 weeks they will receive the part?????? and then I receive an email that it will be February 4, 2024, I am disappointed that we still do not have our Honey machine which makes incredible coffee, but when there is a problem it is the first I have had since buying it in 2017, I am now waiting 6 months and more

I find the cost of labor high. A quick first from a technician at $172 which lasts barely 15 minutes. Then $294 for the repair.
