“Super friendly local store. I needed a specific brass fitting to get my well pump back up and running. The web site said they had one in stock so I called ahead to keep sure they actually had it. I could hear all the brass fittings hitting the floor as the guy at the store emptied the bin to find the part ?. He then left it at the cash so it was waiting for me when I walked in. That's great service ??”

“I had the best service from Thérèse who helped me with the purchase of 3 artificial palm trees. I prior went to 2 other RONA locations and I couldn't find anybody to help me out.
But in Oka, despite being a small franchise, I GOT THE BEST SERVICE THAT I HAD IN YEARS!!!
