I like the service. I called the front desk and they always answer. They were very nice and they helped me. People clean the room they were to resolve any problem very fast. They have restaurant and I went to eat there, but I finished to go outside of the hotel. It was not organization to seat us and they ignored us. Room were clean. Pools were clean.
Overall is good place to stay, I will come back

Honestly disappointing.
It was quite difficult to get accommodations, the price of the rooms VS the quality is frankly pitiful.
We had a room called Deluxe which smelled musty and reminiscent of old stockings.
The staff seem to care little about the visitors, barely looking at us....
The Sand Manor was probably a beautiful place more than 20 years ago.
Currently he seems to be in survival mode.
That said, the golf course is worth seeing.
Great course and well maintained and the golf staff were fantastic.
The greens were tricky but entertaining.
The golf course is worth seeing but don't sleep there, you'll get more for your money in a Holiday Inn.
Rooms: Usually sad.
Old and unpleasant smell
No comfort, worn bed, no technology and mini fridge that barely works even for the shower.
The room was clean, however.

We went there with the package (1) night with round of golf. The positives:
- Superb location between Orford and Magog.
- Beautiful layout of the golf course
- Excellent meals in our case. One of the best flank steaks I have eaten
- Welcoming and dedicated staff
- Good room size
Cons:
- The rooms and exterior of the building need renovations.
- More or less comfortable bed.
- The air conditioning/heating system clearly needs to be changed. Very difficult to control the temperature to be comfortable.

A beautiful place, large plot of land near the golf course, spacious superior rooms, quality bed, full breakfast buffet. Friendly staff and for older people, very low toilet.

Only positive, the staff is incredible and "A big thank you to Kalil", so welcoming and attentive and what can we say for lunch with Samuel who welcomes us warmly and who makes us feel as if we were a member of this group? family, “Bravo to all” and the location is beautiful, we will come back, Thank you all.
Rooms: Bravo to this Junior Suite, spacious, very clean, incredible for the price.
Nearby activities: Well located location.
Safety: Very safe.
Walkability: Very accessible.
Food & drinks: I tip my hat to the chef.
Noteworthy details: The calm, well located and the view from the room and all the staff so welcoming and very clean place.

Very disappointed with my experience in this hotel, the rooms are half-finished, the trash can under the sink is not emptied, the entrance to the room is not soundproof, you can hear the slightest noise in the corridor, the gym is not tidy, bottle who hangs out in the sauna, the cleanliness at the indoor swimming pool, the color of the green water at the outdoor hot bath, the general maintenance of the building leaves something to be desired.
I won't go back and I don't recommend going there. Given the price we still expect to have a quality service we are far from it

The woman at reception was extraordinary, impeccable service. The rooms are ok, but the bed is horrible and creaks. The mattress and pillows are uncomfortable and the mosquito net was torn off, I repaired it myself. The lake is infested with sticky algae, swimming is not an option, but we offer flotation vests and several boat options: kayak, canoe, paddle board. The outdoor spa is good, there are 2 indoor spas, a sauna, an outdoor hot pool and an outdoor cold pool in addition to a few chairs for relaxation. The indoor pool was cold and gave off a strong smell of heating oil, it was repulsive and worrying. The exterior of the building could use a little love. Well located between Magog and Mont Orford. In short, it's not too bad, but don't expect comfort, it's below my expectations at this level.
For the hotel restaurant, the service was extremely slow, the entrance was ridiculously tiny and the prices were excessive for the type of meal. Instead, go eat in a good restaurant in Magog…

Abandoned hotel, everything leaves something to be desired. The exterior is okay, nothing more, the rest needs to be redone. On the other hand, the location is good and close to the assembly.

A Tranquil Retreat: Visiting Manoir de Sables
Nestled in the heart of the Quebec Eastern Townships, Manoir de Sables offers an enchanting escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. My recent visit to this picturesque resort left me rejuvenated and thoroughly impressed by the blend of natural beauty, exceptional service, and luxurious amenities.
Location and Ambiance
Perched beside the serene Lake Écluse, Manoir de Sables is surrounded by lush greenery and rolling hills, creating an idyllic backdrop for a tranquil retreat. As I drove up the winding road leading to the manor, I was immediately struck by the grandeur of the property. The resort’s classic architecture, with its elegant arches and sprawling lawns, exudes an old-world charm that is both inviting and comforting.
Accommodation
The rooms at Manoir de Sables are a perfect mix of comfort and sophistication. My suite was spacious, with large windows offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The decor was tasteful, featuring a palette of warm earth tones and plush furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, added a touch of convenience.
Dining Experience
One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The on-site restaurant, Les Jardins, serves a delectable array of dishes that celebrate the local produce and culinary traditions of the region. Each meal was a culinary delight, from the hearty breakfast buffet to the exquisite dinners. The chef’s special, a succulent lamb dish, was particularly memorable, paired perfectly with a glass of local wine.
Activities and Amenities
Manoir de Sables offers a plethora of activities to suit all tastes. The 18-hole golf course, set against the stunning backdrop of the surrounding mountains, is a golfer’s paradise. For those seeking relaxation, the spa provides a range of treatments designed to pamper and rejuvenate. I indulged in a soothing massage that melted away all my stress.
Additionally, the resort offers various outdoor activities, including kayaking on Lake Écluse, hiking trails, and tennis courts. The indoor pool and fitness center are well-maintained, providing ample opportunities for exercise and recreation.
Service
The service at Manoir de Sables is impeccable. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was providing information about local attractions or accommodating special requests, they went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.
Conclusion
In conclusion, Manoir de Sables is a haven of tranquility and luxury. Its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and top-notch service make it an ideal destination for a relaxing getaway. Whether you’re looking to unwind in nature, indulge in gourmet dining, or enjoy a round of golf, this resort has something for everyone.
Manoir du Sables made my son's birthday truly unforgettable! They went above and beyond by creating a personalized birthday greeting, which left my son absolutely astonished when we discovered it in the living room of our suite.
