Not flexible at all. I did not like my experience. I bought a bunch of gifts from this store and no one mentioned the gifts are not refundable.I wanted to return them in two hours as I found better options on the same shop's website and ordered them online and they did not accept to return my gifts just after a few hours, nor the online purchase. Even though I had ordered from the same shop and had not picked them up yet!The staff were helpful for choosing the gifts but no one mentioned that what you buy cannot be returned even though I told them I am not certain about my purchase and it is a gift!Now I have extra credit for this store that I would never use. This is not flexible and nice, and I found it very unfair that I have to pay twice by choosing this shop. The prices are also more than other places, I would not go there again!

Absolutely disastrous customer experience. The transactional system was down; the staff tried to place my transaction as if it were an online order, without success (several items were not available in the web inventory - impossible to recompose my shopping cart). Many unsuccessful attempts, endless waiting, we finally left the shop, empty-handed.
