This is hands down the worst Canadian Tire ever. The aisles are tight and crowded and there’s often palettes of stuff at the end of them blocking the way. Do not trust the stock listed on their website, it’s happened multiple times that I go out of my way to drive there and the item I need is not in stock. For some reason they merchandise items on shelves like 9 feet up. They have everything you don’t want and most of the customers just avoid ya while you’re wandering around in there. I usually find Canadian tire to be relaxing and fun but there’s something about this one that makes my blood boil almost immediately.

Friday, October 4: Inventory not up to date on the website and in store: Note that 2 sweepers remain but nothing in the warehouse or on the shelves...
In addition, difficulty finding a clerk especially at the counter at the back. This is a situation that happens very often.
Shoes are returned installed 30 feet in the air (aisle 30, wall at the back of the store). Same height for suitcases. How do you want to shop this...
And of course, difficulty moving through certain aisles.
We are asked to encourage local purchasing but we need to have a good service for that...

I was broken down in the middle of the construction holiday weekend. I needed an alternator on my large caravan. They had it in stock and the parts and service manager arranged to repair my van ON A SUNDAY.
