I have been using this outlet of Budget dar rental at Boulevard Desources from couple of years and my experience has been top of line, car rentals prices are very competitive, service, customer handling has been very good.The Manager c** Supervisor Efran manages this location very well and is a master in customer dealing and service.

Overall unimpressive experience. Arrived a bit late to pick up the truck and the person behind the counter was out for lunch for an hour. When we came back later, they had the keys for the truck but the vehicle was at another location so we had to drive to Dorval, would've been nice to know this beforehand.

Worse experience and customer service!! The manager Overcharged me then laughed in my face. He was not helpful at all. The truck was disgusting inside. I’m very disappointed. Definitely do not recommend

Super rude staff, I faced discrimination because of my skin color. They staff asked for requirements which were not mentioned in the terms and conditions. I would never recommend it, especially to international students.
