ok it's not complicated; it's gas for your car, how can that go wrong.
I have no issue with the pump ; but you guessed it , when you enter to pay for your gas, the fellow who works weeknights, does not welcome you; no smile, no hello - nothing ; you feel like you are bothering him. There's a weekend guy ; that is really nice we talk, he is from Alexandria, Eygpt - you should find more workers like this. Will you lose me as client ; probably not , just get better persons at the cash - for the weekdays.

To the owner/operator: You have a serious problem with the week-days' attendant who doesn't care about the customers at all, acting as if he owns the place, (maybe he does!), extremely rude and very unfriendly, it is obvious the person hates the job, the place, and the customers, imposing own way of doing whatever, whenever, spending most of the time on the phone, personal calls with the speaker on, or watching/hearing whatever on the phone. The customer reviews shows it very clearly that the person in question should not be anywhere near customers, he's driving them away to your competition located few blocks away in both directions, often offering better prices and better customer service for sure. I've stopped giving business to your station, so as a lot of people I know in the community, we will never set foot in this station until we see a change of staff (week-days). You are just responding by saying sorry to all the negative comments and reviews without taking any action, and that is not good enough, because nothing will change as long as the cause of all your problems remains in place.

Employees are polite but useless. Don't bother asking for a printout of your receipt if you use the car wash

Always a problem here, either they have the most expensive gas in the W.I., the receipts don't print, or they just don't take credit cards randomly.

Receipts are NEVER available at the pump (nearly 10 visits and counting). Staff is not helpful and raise their voices at customers.
Car wash is useless. After washing my car and seeing it come out wet but still very dirty, I complained to the attendant. He informed me that I needed to wash my car at a pump station with the squeegee (dirty squeegee on my paint!!!) or go home and wash it with a sponge and water to remove the dirt before the car wash since this car wash is contactless so a clean car is not to be expected. Horrible.
Have reached out to Shell Canada 🤷🏻♀️

Clearly not 24 hours . It’s Thursday 3 am and I’ve been outside for 10 mins ringing and knocking waiting for someone to service me.And yes there was an employee their car was outside and i saw them sleeping lol. I just went to my gas station at Ile Bizard i couldn’t be bothered lmao . Wether its 1 pm, , 2 am 10 o’ clock ; if its a 24 hour place you should be served :)Thanks x

Avoid at all cost!!!Filled up my car and shortly after my car started shaking. Brought it to Hyundai and after doing a check up on the car, they noticed that the “gas” wasn’t really gas. I went to confront them about this as it is gonna cost me 600$ to fix, they called the policeAvoid!!!

Good service but don't wash your car there. I paid for the Extra and my car was still dirty. All it did was spray water and soap. Save your money and go to ESSO.
