I had my bathroom remodelled and used Vague & Vogue for all plumbing components. After 8 years there was a leak in the Riobel shower hose. They supplied me a Riobel replacement hose free of charge (no proof of purchase required). A quick DIY job and I was back in business! My wife thinks I'm a hero now :)
Fantastic after sales service. What a pleasure to deal with these guys!

No one picks up the phone. I’ve called every day for a follow-up from the sales representative, and she never answers. I even left a voicemail for the supervisor, but still haven’t received any response.
Occasionally, we get replies via email, but only after sending multiple follow-up messages. It’s exhausting and unacceptable to have to chase down basic communication.
At this point, we still don’t know if our request will be fulfilled — because no one is responding. Very poor experience overall.

Hi I highly recommend Pierre at Vague et Vogue plomberie on Pierrefonds boulevard.
I couldn’t remove an old toilet seat , European type. Tried everything. Went with pics to see Pierre. He wasn’t sure but remembered who used to supply these types. Pierre called him and sent pics to ex representative. He remembered the type and told me they were pressure fitted. No release button.
Now I’ll be able to help my son replace his old seat.
I would like to add Pierre is such a knowledgeable and FRIENDLY person.
A real pleasure to deal with as well.
It’s also a very beautiful store.
Need help. They still provide great service. 5/5 stars.

We just re-modeled 2 bathrooms and purchased all our fixtures ( except for the bathtub) from Vague and Vogue and we are very happy with the quality and service. Sofia was amazing to work with! Shout out to my man Jimmy. He is the master of parts and more. I’ve he has it he doesn’t even have to leave the desk. His inventory is on his head. I’ve saved thousands of dollars over the years on potential replacement faucets etc. by just replacing a part, and sometimes not even the same company. That’s Jimmy’s super power.
