Poor service. Only one person working. Waited in line 30 mins with 4 more customers in front of me and still did not get served. I left.

I had a terrible experience at Western Union. Although I arrived early, I had to wait over 30 minutes just to complete a simple transaction. There was only one person working, which caused a considerable delay. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the whole process was exasperatingly slow. If you value your time, I recommend looking into alternative services.

It seems they don't have money to give when you receive a transfer from someone... ridiculous, how can you be listed on WU and not have funds to give, just taking koney from transfers..... they shouldn't be affiliated with western union, I see why they have bad rating.

Absolutely the worst possible choice. Wanted to send $600 overseas -- $25 fee PLUS 15% deduction on exchange! I ended up spending / losing nearly $100 to send $600. No one else has such horrible terms. Didn't realize until I got home, or I would have tried anyone else. Is this even Western Union, or some other outfit -- Instacheque? The whole thing is quite unclear, but either way, a complete and total ripoff. Find something better.

The worst experience in my all life!!!The employee , who is the manager as well!!Make my full day so busy asking me for a lot of details as if I will take the money from her own pocket!!I told her I am just helping my husband with his business, so she said hahh so you’re working!!I told her no I am not just you know helping my husband sometimes!!She said sorry I can’t give the money because you liying!!!!And she refused to help me!!I told her , you are not a robot, you are a human so I think you understand what it means that a wife helps her husband!!!What ashamed of western union to have such an employee!!!Three times to get my money!!Thanks for the other employee who helped me out at the end of the day!
