I am more than impressed by VitroPlus/Ziebart (gas station on rue Industriel in Laval), especially by Alex. Customer service beyond extraordinary. Alex helped me when Lebeau Windshield Repair Services wouldn't even offer to try to repair my windshield with a surface burn. Alex took my car over, tried to repair the best he could and although it wasn't possible to get it completely off my windshield, my windshield is now smooth. It's a quality service. Thanks for your time, Alex, and for offering to try to fix it.

I am beyond impressed with VitroPlus/Ziebart (service station on Industriel street in Laval), specifically Alex. Beyond amazing customer service. Alex helped when Lebeau Windshield repair services did not offer to even try to fix my windshield with a surface burn. Alex took in my car, attempted to repair as best he could and although it is not possible to have it disappear from my windshield completely, my windshield is now smooth. “I brought our cars a couple of times here it was always a pleasure. We usually pay between 40-50$ per car for the deluxe and the cars are very clean afterwards. We have always been there during week days so no rush and during the summer. Let’s see how it gows during winter and during the weekend. I just wish they dry the car more (interior and exterior).”

“Took my car to Luxe Auto Spa for a simple exterior wash and to get rid of some annoying minor scratches and scuffs that were driving me crazy. I couldn’t believe the results — they completely disappeared! The paint looks brand new again, super shiny and smooth, like the scratches were never there. The team clearly knows what they’re doing and paid attention to every little detail.
Staff was friendly, fast, and the price was totally fair for the quality of work. Dropped off my car and picked it up looking better than I could have imagined.

“Absolutely phenomenal car wash and carpet shampoo. cheap price and they got every spec of salt off my carpets. salt was sat on the carpets 5-6 years never touched, just built up and it was gone in 20 minutes, i was stunned. full car wash and shampoo of floor carpets with salt removal was less than $60 and took less than 40 minutes. Professional committed team of workers. well done!”

“It looks like we're in an anthill. Each employee is assigned a task and knows what he/she has to do. Thoroughness, rigor, smile, frankly the best service I have received in a car wash. The car was in... catastrophic condition. No one came to tell me ma'am, we have to charge you extra because your car is too dirty (chocolate, crumbs, compote and so on). Everything was scrubbed without any questioning or judgment. Excellent experience. It's worth the trip and the wait when there is one. Bravo for this dynamic team, it's a pleasure to find your car like new.”

“Have been going to Steve’s for years and they always do a great job. Recently brought my Landrover in for a deep cleaning. Did not think that all that salt on the carpets, numerous stains and the smell of smoke would come out. Today I picked up my car and all stains are gone and it has that “new car” smell!
