I went to Autotech for an issue with my car, before they started changing parts as soon as I asked for an appointment they sent me a graph telling me the probable causes for the error. After some part changes the issues wasn't fully resolved I called them back and they accomodated me the same day. After a few part changes where the mechanic sat with me to ask the history of my car the problem is now resolved. They are very professional and will not go anywhere else to get my car serviced.

I came here to get a wheel alignment. Sydney and all the employees were extremely helpful and made sure it was properly done.
I had some additional questions about wheels/mags and while I waited another employee (Patrick) was more than happy to chat about wheels.
I was super impressed with their knowledge of the Model 3. I wish I knew about this place sooner.

Amazing service from Autotech. They took the time to explain to me how the alignment process works, and what they could adjust as part of the alignment, and what they could not. I was in a bind as I am heading to NYC on a road trip just a few days before I hit a pothole that misaligned my vehicle.
After getting my GTI serviced from autotech, they did a great job getting the GTI back as per recommended specs. The caster is slightly off, but this cannot be repaired by Autotech via their alignment service, as this requires possible replacement parts from the manufacturer. All in all, fantastic service and a job well done! Attached pictures for your reference.

Having posted my first review for Autotech about four years ago I thought that it was time for an update. All I can say is that they are even better than my original post ( 5 stars ) if that’s at all possible. Denis, Pat, and all of the mechanics are totally reliable, honest, and trustworthy. I have had them work on my vehicle as well as those of my children and can only offer praise as to their integrity and knowledge. They do not try to oversell or take advantage of the client’s lack of knowledge. This is the only shop for me and my family. Do yourself a favour and try them out you will not be disappointed.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
